These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flight Nurse (flightnurse.pro) and all related services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Fulfillment

Flight Nurse sells physical books produced via print-on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Lulu Direct. Estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer depending on destination.

In accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within 30 days, we will notify you and offer the option of a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

Because our books are printed on demand, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received a damaged or defective product, or if there was an error with your order, please contact us at support@flightnurse.pro and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. AI Study Companion Terms

Flight Nurse provides an AI-powered study companion as part of the product experience. By using the AI study companion, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The AI study companion provides general career and educational information only.
• It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical training, or formal nursing education.
• Do not rely on AI responses for clinical patient care decisions.
• Daily message limits apply to AI study companion usage.
• Conversations with the AI study companion are logged to provide conversation continuity. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account access credentials with others.
• Use AI mentor output as clinical guidance for patient care.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content on Flight Nurse, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of Flight Nurse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This study guide and AI mentor are educational tools only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical training, or a guarantee of exam success.

The AI mentor is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Responses are generated from study guide content and may contain errors. Always verify critical information against authoritative sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Flight Nurse, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
